Okay so I started the year with a sinus infection, laryngitis, and no energy. I can honestly say "I haven't worked out this entire year!!" 😂 But that doesn't mean we scrap it all and give up. It's another day, and I have a fully charged watch.. time to get back up!

We all know January 1 doesn’t magically turn anyone into a brand-new person. Real change takes time, consistency, and support.

That’s where Together We Tri comes in.

Our programs are built on accountability — showing up, being seen, and having a community that notices when you’re there (and when you’re not). No pressure to be perfect. Just encouragement to keep going!

Our winter season offerings begin January 12, and we’d love to help you turn intentions into habits, one workout at a time.

Because accountability goes a long way… and you don’t have to do it alone. 💙

CONGRATULATIONS ATHLETES!!
Yesterday was an outstanding day as our athletes competed in our second Indoor Triathlon hosted in the beautiful Elk Grove Pavilion!!

We had such a blast swimming, biking, running, and cheering each other on throughout the day. So proud of everyone who came out and gave it their all!!

And to everyone who was there racing for a friend’s strength, racing for your own strength, racing for your family, racing for that best time, or whatever else gave you that motivation to tri- YOU’RE ALL AMAZING HUMANS and I am proud of every one of you!!

Our race day swag was generously donated to us from IBJI (Illinois Bone and Joint Institute) who provide the best orthopedic care to the greater Chicagoland area. We cannot thank them enough.
