It's happening soon. Wahlberg Week
UNDERDOG: Members will experience accumulative upper body finishers as they
complete each station to achieve muscle overload and elevate the heart rate.
HIGH ROLLER: Members will experience accumulative lower body finishers; after
completing their 10 REP MAX effort, they will add 5 -10 squats to each set completed
throughout the workout.
PATRIOT: This is a cardio session with a blend of our workout types with an electric
twist to isolate tricep overload.
SWAGGER: This is a hybrid workout that focuses on power output. This power-based
workout will have three testing stations, Bike Erg, Deadball throw, and Broad Jump.
BLUE ARROW: This is a hybrid-style workout with an inner pod and an outer pod.
HORIZON: This is IDR on the rise (Intermitted Dynamic Recovery), focusing on a series of exercises, followed by mobility and rest.
