🔥Evening Spin classes will begin February 3rd🔥

I’m going to start out with Monday’s & Thursday’s at 5:30 pm for 30 minutes.

Spin is a great non-impact workout. It’s great if you have knee or back problems. Within 3 months of having a major back surgery, I was back on the bike teaching classes. I have all ages attend...from teens to 70+ year olds!

Do you use a heart rate monitor when you work out? You should! It keeps you accountable & motivated. When my heart rate dropped out of the red zone, I pushed my self a little harder. 37 minutes into my Spin class, my heart rate was 180 (99% of my MHR..maximum heart rate) and had burned 385 calories. By the time class was over, 531 calories burned.

Cardio! 2 minutes on the Stairmill & my b***y was burning. 30 seconds on the HIITmill and everything was burning.
