Our Dolphins and their families traded swim caps for hiking shoes yesterday and enjoyed a gorgeous morning on the trail. It was a day full of connection, joy, and team pride.
Grateful for this amazing group of swimmers and families.

Attention Etown Dolphins Families — Stroke Development Updates! 🐬💙
As we gear up for the upcoming Short Course season, we’re excited to share important details for families with swimmers in Stroke Development or those interested in joining this fall.

📘 Program Overview
Our Stroke Development School is the bridge between Learn to Swim and competitive swimming. This program focuses on building confidence, safety, and proficiency in all four competitive strokes — giving swimmers the foundation they need to thrive as they advance.

📅 Program Details
Start Date: September 1st

Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays

Time: 4:30–5:00 p.m.

📝 Evaluation Requirements
Returning Swimmers: If your child completed Stroke Development this spring, no evaluation is needed.

New Swimmers: An evaluation is required before registering.

Evaluation Date: August 23rd

Civilian Families: $100/month

🥉 BRONZE GROUP — LONG COURSE COMPLETE!
Our Bronze swimmers wrapped up their long course season yesterday with huge smiles and even bigger improvements. From mastering race starts to building endurance in the pool, this group showed what dedication looks like. We’re proud of every stroke, every lap, and every moment of effort they put in. Way to finish strong, Bronze Dolphins!

🥈 SILVER GROUP — SUMMER SUCCESS!
Silver swimmers continued to shine all season long. Their commitment to technique, pacing, and teamwork has been incredible to watch. This group pushed themselves, supported each other, and made major strides in the water. Keep that momentum going, Silver — you’re ready for big things ahead.

🏅 PERFORMANCE TEAMS — LAST PRACTICE TODAY!
Our Performance athletes closed out their final practice today with power, focus, and the kind of leadership that inspires the whole team. They’ve trained hard all summer, sharpened race strategies, and built a culture of excellence. We’re grateful for the example they set and excited for what’s next in their competitive journey.
