That’s great—but 80% of New Year's Resolutions fail by February.

Six weeks could change your life. Looking at a “life long fitness” goal can be daunting. But, do you think you could commit to yourself for just six weeks? And yes… even over the holidays. Think you don’t have time? Think it’s too expensive? Worried it won’t work?

Let me tell you about Carey.

Carey came in with all those worries plus some more. She has a busy life, didn’t know if she “could afford it”. And, with good reason (she didn’t know us), she was worried she would be spending money on something that wouldn’t work out.

But, she needed help. She needed something in her life to help her make a positive change.

She decided to commit to herself! Now (six weeks plus), she is down weight, stronger, moving better and, best of all, FEELING BETTER! She found things to cut out that were, unhealthy anyway, to afford help. She got to know the coaches and others in the gym to help stay accountable.
