How long have you been working out at EFC?
I joined EFC in April 2015, when I started personal training with Shawn O’Brien three times a week. In 2018 I began going to spin classes and I try to go three times a week.

What motivates you to come to the gym or classes?
I think it’s my trainer and the class instructors that motivates me the most. My experience at EFC is that all the trainers and instructors seem to care about all the members and their goal is to make sure everyone has fun while ge*ng a good workout. Cheryl, Lynn and Maria do a great job of mixing up the spin programs each time … they are never the same and never boring.

What do you like to do in your spare time?
I enjoy biking the rail trails and kayaking as much as possible. I also enjoy spending time in the mountains of PA and the beach at Siesta Key Florida.

What is your favorite fitness or motivational quote?
Hello 911! My spin instructor is trying to kill me!
