Hardin County's only Yoga Alliance Registered School (RYS 200 & 300) and state-of-the-art hot yoga studio. All of our teachers are Registered with Yoga Alliance with over 200 hours of training and several years of teaching experience. We offer professional instruction that is tailored to the individual needs of our participants.

TEACHERS!

To the teachers: you spend all week giving. This week, before the weekend starts, give back to yourself.

Our Friday afternoon classes are timed for right after school lets out — no detour home required. Come straight from your classroom, let the week go, and walk into your weekend already relaxed.

4:00 - Slow Flow - A class to release the stress of the week.
5:00 - Yoga Fundamentals - Learn the basics while getting your body and mind ready for the weekend.

Come for one - maybe stay for both! You've earned it. See you on the mat.

Carolyn stopped by the front desk recently and told us something that made our whole day. 💛

She told us that since starting classes here, she’s made better, healthier choices — and she’s down almost 20 pounds. But what she talked about most wasn’t that number. It was how much she loves the variety of classes, and how welcoming and supportive this community has been.

That’s exactly what we’re here for. Not just movement — a place where people can learn about how to care for their bodies and minds-making changes from the inside that radiate to their lives on the outside.
