😴I had a million reasons not to move yesterday. The baby was fussy all day and wanted to be held constantly. I made a commitment to not skip because of these kind of excuses and I’m lucky some of my amazing clients thought it was cool enough to video 😂 … and it also put him to sleep too 🤷🏻‍♀️

We love when parents bring their kids to move with them!! We love supporting our client families!! Come move with us and maybe rock your baby to sleep at the same time!

💥Meet another high school athlete who just turned dreams into reality!💥

🎓🎓This is Dalton, a recent high school graduate and an inspiration to us all. After years of hard work and dedication in sports, Dalton committed to Cross Country and Track at Salisbury College. 🏃👟

From early morning practices and/or work to hunting and fishing to late night study sessions, Dalton never backed down. With perseverance and passion, he is continuing his education in Business Management. 📈

This is just the beginning of a remarkable journey that will inspire many! 💪🏻💪🏻

🏆 CONGRATULATIONS to Vanessa on winning our summer attendance challenge! ☀️⛱️🌊

We had a total of 70 days to compete and she made 52 of them!! She even doubled up on weeks that she had to miss days! If you know Vanessa then you know she has amazing dedication to her health and goals. She is always trying to improve herself and commits to challenges. We are proud to have her as a client!!

🔥 one of our graduate athletes has settled into her future: RACHEL YOHN!🔥

Rachel chose to pursue Occupational Therapy at Elizabethtown College! There is lots of interest in pursuing her for their swim team, but she ultimately decided to focus on her studies during her freshman year. Rachel has always been one of my favorite athletes to coach. She has great determination and a fun personality, which always made my day brighter. We wish her well on her journey, but I have a feeling she might pop into a few of our other classes sometime! 💪🏻

Hipp-lete SPOTLIGHT 💥💥 JULIA GARBER

I have had the honor of coaching Julia for 3 years in both swimming and lifting!! She graduated this past spring and committed to Union College in New York. Julia has always impressed me with her mental toughness and her ability to joke and smile even when pushed to her limits. In addition to swimming, she played rugby and tennis but will be focusing on swimming in college. I am excited to watch her dominate her collegiate freshman year! Join me in wishing her luck in her upcoming season! 🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️🏊

🔥TESSA CRONIN- She committed to Susquehanna University as a two sport athlete! I had the privilege of coaching Tessa in both swimming and lifting since 2022. She excels in everything she puts her mind to and I know we will see exciting accomplishments from her through her journey!

Very proud of my athletes! Many of these swimmers spend hours lifting and trainigg by each week and over the last two days have proud their resilience! 💪🏻

Boys aced 2nd and Girls placed 3rd overall at their League championship with many PRs for each of them!! 🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️
