Not every workout has to be all-out.

Sometimes the best thing you can do for your body is slow down, work on a skill, spend a little extra time on mobility, or just get in and move.

Open Gym tomorrow from 2–4 PM 👊

Whether you’re chasing a pull-up, working on handstands, stretching out some sore muscles, getting in some extra cardio, or just looking for an excuse to get out of the house, we’ve got the doors open.

Show up for yourself. The results take care of themselves.

Memorial Day Murph 🇺🇸

Join us Monday, May 25th at 8 AM for Murph and brunch afterward at CrossFit Ridge Runner.

This is one of our favorite community days of the year — a chance to come together, work hard, remember those who served, and spend time with good people.

And remember: Murph is for everyone.
Everything can be modified, scaled, shortened, or partnered.

One of the coolest things about CrossFit has never actually been the workouts.

It’s the people.

Somewhere along the way, complete strangers become the people cheering the loudest for you when you finally get your first box jump… the people texting you to make sure you’re coming to class… the people who notice when you haven’t been in for a week… the people who believe in you long before you fully believe in yourself.

We hear it all the time from our members:
“I met some of my best friends here.”

And honestly, that’s probably the thing I’m most proud of inside these four walls.

Every single person in this gym has a story.
A season where they decided they were tired of feeling stuck. Tired of putting themselves last. Tired of saying “I’ll start Monday.”

And fitness ended up changing way more than just their body.

More confidence.
More energy.
More capability.
More community.
More life outside the gym.

Nobody walks into CrossFit Ridge Runner already having it figured out. That’s not the point. The point is showing up, doing the work, and letting good people help carry you along the way.

And once people experience that… they usually never want to go back to doing it alone.

Committed Club is growing 📈 and WE LOVE to see it 👏

We had even more members hit Committed Club this month than last, and if we keep this trend going… December is going to be stacked 🔥 I’ve got a feeling we’re going to be handing out a LOT of Top Dog shirts this year.

Member of the Month: 💜

You know her, you love her. Belle is one of those people who just shows up and gets to work. Head down, consistent, no shortcuts. But what really stands out is how she shows up for other people — always encouraging, lifting others up, and always someone you can talk to if you need it.

She’s also deeply grounded in her faith, and that shows in her actions and carries herself day to day. We admire that about her more than she probably knows.

Make sure you give her some love when you see her 👏

Keep stacking those visits 💪 it could be YOU next month.

CrossFitters took on pickleball today 🏓💪

We had our first ever super informal pickleball tournament and it was a blast.
From people who had never played before to some serious pros — everyone jumped in and made it fun.

This is a big part of what we do… taking our fitness outside the gym and actually enjoying it together.

We’ll definitely be doing this again soon 👀
