I am a graduate of the Holistic Nutrition Practitioner Program at Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, a fitness instructor, certified NASM personal trainer and certified NASM .Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am nationally certified by the National Association of Nutrition Professionals. I recently completed the Doctor of Traditional Naturopathy Program at New Eden School of Natural Health and Herbal Studies. I aspire to motivate and inspire both nutrition and fitness clients to make lifestyle changes that lead to a happy and healthy life. I eagerly help clients find fitness programs that reflect their attitude and personality. I believe that fitness should never be seen as a mundane or boring task. I have a bright passion to educate and empower clients to choose healthy whole foods that will fuel the body and help the body function more effectively. Using a no-nonsense method and step by step approach I aid clients in finding the root cause of any dysfunction in the body. I have personal experience with autoimmune diseases such as Celiac Disease, Sjogrens Syndrome and Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis.
