Hello everyone, most of my followers know me and know I went to Unaka. For those that dont know this little school, its a small county school that holds a lot of pride. The teachers and coaches go above and beyond to help their students in every way. I still keep contact with many of my coaches. The Man responsible for my love of the gym is one of those coaches and he still to this day supports me. Lets get behind the Rangers and help these boys get some new equipment!

I came in this week at 198.5 pounds. A touch leaner then expected for the calories ive took in during the past week. Got my first leg day of the week done today. That routine looked like this-

Body weight walking lunges followed by stretching. (I was active before the gym)

Leg press, 2 warm up sets, 3 heavy working sets to failure.

1 set of medium weight good mornings to failure.

1 set of light weight hack squat (quad dominate foot position) to failure.

2 sets Weighted rdls to failure.

1 set each of Leg curls, Leg extensions, inners and outers, to failure with a medium to heavy weight.

2 sets of Leg lifts to failure on each set.

This was a low volume high intensity day with zero back pain and a killer leg pump. If you want a custom plan catered to your specific needs, I got you covered!
