MEET YOUR CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER: Debbie Carrier, the unstoppable force from Florida who's been making waves in the world of athletics! Born in the sunshine state โ˜€๏ธ, she soon traded her flip-flops for sneakers and embarked on a journey that would take her from Florida to Pennsylvania and then to the rolling hills of Tennessee. At just 8 years old, she immersed herself into the world of compet

itive swimming and quickly became a force to be reckoned with in the pool. She's conquered 11 marathons in 8 different states, countless 5Ks, 10Ks, and half marathons, proving that her running game is as strong as her freestyle stroke. ๐Ÿ…

At age 35, she decided to take on the ultimate challenge and started competing in triathlons. Not one to do things halfway, she's completed 3 Ironmanโ€™s and numerous half Ironmanโ€™s, cementing her status as a true triathlon champion! ๐Ÿ† As a certified personal trainer for 30 years, she's been helping others crush their fitness goals, and her expertise extends to Pilates (20 years), Johnny G Spinning (25 years), and Bootcamp (12 years). ๐Ÿ’ช

When she's not coaching or competing, you'll find her spending time with her husband Jeff, and indulging in her favorite hobbies like; running, biking, hiking, swimming, and gardening ๐ŸŒป. It's safe to say she's a true outdoor enthusiast! ๐ŸŒฒ

DEBBIE'S GROUP CLASSES INCLUDE:

๐Ÿšดโ€โ™‚๏ธ ๐Ÿ’ช ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธ TRIPLE THREAT: (1 hour 5 minutes) A Powerful Trifecta! Start with an energizing Spin warm-up, power through Strength training, and finish strong with Pilates-focused core, hip, and leg work.

๐Ÿ’ช BOOTCAMP: Twelve (12) 1-hour classes a month in Elizabethton, TN. Bootcamp style full-body workouts include; cardio, strength, calisthenics, a variety of workouts that will challenge you, motivate you, and get you pumped. SIMPLY SHOW UP on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8:00am

๐Ÿ”ฅINDOOR CYCLING 50-minutes: TUES & THURS at 5:30am & 5:30pm, and SAT at 8:30am. Limited Space --- > Must reserve a bike on the link below. Please bring sweat towel, water & wear workout clothes & shoes. Indoor Cycle classes are a cardiovascular workout that improves your endurance, burns calories, and enhances your overall fitness. We incorporate different resistance levels, speeds, and techniques to challenge you and optimize your cardiovascular health.
