itive swimming and quickly became a force to be reckoned with in the pool. She's conquered 11 marathons in 8 different states, countless 5Ks, 10Ks, and half marathons, proving that her running game is as strong as her freestyle stroke. ๐
At age 35, she decided to take on the ultimate challenge and started competing in triathlons. Not one to do things halfway, she's completed 3 Ironmanโs and numerous half Ironmanโs, cementing her status as a true triathlon champion! ๐ As a certified personal trainer for 30 years, she's been helping others crush their fitness goals, and her expertise extends to Pilates (20 years), Johnny G Spinning (25 years), and Bootcamp (12 years). ๐ช
When she's not coaching or competing, you'll find her spending time with her husband Jeff, and indulging in her favorite hobbies like; running, biking, hiking, swimming, and gardening ๐ป. It's safe to say she's a true outdoor enthusiast! ๐ฒ
