Financial Update

• All transactions will be provided receipts regardless of payment
Fundraising Plans
• Tournaments: 50/50 raffle
• Bake Sale: October 10th, 2026

• Profit Sharing Nights: Applebee’s, Wendy’s

Exploring cashless payment options (Square)- Decided against due to fees.
Sponsorships
• Each board member will secure 3–4 sponsors
• QR code option for easy sponsor payments
• Tiered sponsorship levels for wrestlers
Season Schedule & Tournaments
• Blue & White: Nov. 22
• Cougar Classic: Dec. 13
• League States: Mar. 13–14
• League Novice States: Mar. 20
• Team tournament date: TBD
• Other tournaments as listed on WV Mat
Full schedule will be released once finalized each month as soon as possible so parents can easily plan.
Equipment & Uniforms
• Singlet inventory being counted
• Additional singlets may be ordered if needed
Website & Registration
• Online registration payment option coming
• Updated bylaws will be added
• Calendar and Google Sheets event list coming
• Sign‑up form being updated (includes what registration covers)
• Pre‑registration option planned
Coaching & Safety
• Possibility of Background checks required for coaches and board. (Realized done through League)
• New coaches must be approved by Jared
• Board/Coach communication will be through text updates since some do not use Facebook
Program Details
• Practices: Monday–Thursday 6-8pm
• At least one team‑paid tournament per month, more based on fundraising.
Expectations: time commitment, sportsmanship, behavior standards
