Good Morning Friends!
All-Star Break has come and gone, trade deadlines are upon us, pennant races are heating up and minor league call-ups are making an impact.

Needless to say, it's been a most exciting season of the greatest sport in the world; baseball. Personally, I've been ultra-busy this summer (and loving it!) coaching travel ball, giving one-on-one instruction and running training classes at the Hit Factory Baseball and Softball Academy in Elizabeth, NJ where I am the Senior Trainer and Instructor.

Additionally, this summer and early fall, I am the Hitting Instructor down the beautiful Jersey Shore at the Keansburg Batting Cages in Keansburg, NJ.

It seemed like yesterday that spring training had just begun. Summer whizzed by like a Nolan Ryan heater. MLB Playoffs are in full swing and more exciting than ever. In a moment, we will hear the announcer's voice introduce the starting lineups for the 2017 World Series. After the champagne pops and the victory parade is over, we will all light the fire in another hot stove and pray for a short, mild winter.

Before you realize it, we'll be packing our bags and hitting the road for Arizona or Florida to start the 2018 baseball season. But please keep in mind; if you fail to prepare, then prepare to fail. That's where my passion for training, instructing and developing players comes into the picture. I, Coach Bob Middleton, am the Senior Trainer and Instructor at The Hit Factory Baseball/Softball Academy of Elizabeth, NJ. The Hit Factory Baseball Academy in an indoor training facility open year round to help the serious baseball player keep their skills sharp and ready for competition.
