If you haven’t seen The Fitness Warehouse, you’re welcome to stop by during staffed hours for a tour! We’re staffed from Monday-Friday 9am-1pm & 3-7pm and on Saturdays from 9am-1pm!

Gym members always get 24/7 gym access!

Starting on Monday we will be selling protein smoothies for the first time in over a decade! They will only be $5 during the month of June! Stop by during staffed hours to get one!

Starting on Monday, we will be offering protein smoothies during all staffed hours! 🥤

We will be giving out free samples after BossFit tomorrow night! Join us for an amazing workout at BossFit at 6pm and try a sample! If you like it, whole smoothies will be for sale! If you can’t make it to BossFit, smoothies will be ready at 7! 🎉

We are staffed from 9am-1pm & 3-7pm Monday-Friday and from 9am-1pm on Saturday. Starting on Monday the 22nd, you’ll be able to buy a smoothie during all staffed hours! ❤️💪🏽

BossFit went great last night! We asked Isac Reedy to start hosting it and he did an amazing job directing and coaching! We also moved it indoors for the first time due to the heat! So it was in our secret group exercise room. We will continue to host BossFit indoors during the hotter months. And now that we also have Isac to help run things, we will consider adding more group exercise options in the future!

For now you can join us every Wednesday at 6pm for BossFit. We also have powerlifting team practice directly after BossFit at 7pm on Wednesdays, and at 10am on Sunday! BossFit and team practice are both free for gym members! And if you’re not already a gym member, we will be happy to let you in for a free trial practice! We hope to see you soon! 🦾❤️

Join us at the gym tomorrow night at 6pm! and Allison Freeman will be hosting BossFit! 🦾

BossFit is a circuit training boot camp style group exercise class. It is a 40 minute class and you go at your own pace. Each station has variable resistance to meet your individual needs.

This is free for gym members, and if you’re not already a member, you can stop by for a free trial class! This is a weekly class, at 6pm every Wednesday! We hope to see you there! ❤️

Looking for a new protein to try? We have delicious flavors of in stock! We currently have chocolate ice cream, blueberry muffin, horchata, fruity cereal, and tres leches cake! They have zero carbs, fat or sugar and they all taste great! We also have preworkout, creatine and other amazing products from Insane Labz! Stop by during staffed hours to see everything we have in stock!
