Well a Regular Season of many highs and many lows has come to an end as the Eagles will not be making the playoffs this year. Endings are hard!
These players have worked hard and these coaches are incredibly proud of the work put in by them. Even though the Eagles were not able to make the playoffs this year, just remember, Keep your heads up Eagles and cherish the moments, there are plenty more to come in your life and baseball.
To the Seniors: Jordan Winslow and Ifriam Sharp, we wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors but just remember, you all are Eagles for life and will always have a home on the Eagles baseball team! You both have made both of your coaches better and it’s been an honor having you both on the team. Once an Eagle, Always an Eagle!🦅🦅
Not only did these Student-Athletes work hard on the field but academically, these baseball players achieved fantastic grades this school year! They are the true definition of student-athletes.
In the end, the measure of success is not the statistics or wins, rather, the growth, friendships, lessons, experiences, and maturing that are the result of the players commitment and dedication to being an Eagle baseball player.
As We look back, We can’t help but also look forward to spring 2024. We are excited to see how this young, talented, hungry squad uses the experience gained to build on what we were able to accomplish and learn this season.
Thank you to all the parents, families, friends, administrators, trainers, faculty, staff, community members, and all those that helped to make this season special, it really means a lot to these Student-Athletes to have your support all season.
We hope to have your support in any way possible next season.
As coaches, we are fortunate to be apart of this team and community!
Watch out North Carolina, these young Eagles aren’t going away anytime soon!
