Funny this pops up today in my memories - 8 years ago Jody and I began a journey we had no idea where it would go or if it would last!!!!

7 years ago we took a HUGE leap and rented out this bay in Eliot - we grew our business to a point we needed 2 bays - it was a definite passion project thought up over a fun evening many years ago!

Now we begin the transition to......who knows what??? We are winding down NFS at the end of this month and looking towards the future of helping people in other ways, life coaching, nutrition, personal training, who knows what the future holds - I'm sure it will be different for both of us - but we have NO regrets.

We've gained a family along the way - a family that will last a lifetime. We are so thankful for all the support and trust that you have given us.

This isn't goodbye to NFS, this is stay tuned!!! You will be catching me more on my Agape Wellness Coaching page (make sure to like it if you haven't!) in the coming months and you can always catch Jody at Natural Care Wellness (like this page too)!!!

And our personal adventures of travel and challenges will always be our thing!!!

Starts tomorrow - sign up today to receive your tracker and make June the month to get back into the GROOVE!!!

It's TIME FOR A CHALLENGE!!!! NO GYM - NO PROBLEM!!

Between June 15-July 11th - YOU Move - minimum of 20 minutes, 4x a week - you pick the activity.

Once you are registered, we will send you the tracker to easily record your movement over the next 4 weeks!

Post your activity on Facebook and "CHECK IN" to NFS and use the for us to keep track. Sweaty selfies are bonuses - just cause they are FUN. Do ALL THIS and you will earn NFS SWAG!
