Meet Lindsey! ❤️

Originally from Connecticut, Lindsey is a fitness, dance, and art teacher who has a true passion for helping others grow and feel confident in what they’re capable of.

After graduating from Syracuse University in 2023, she began teaching barre and quickly fell in love with instructing. Since then, she’s continued inspiring both children and adults through visual arts, ballet, fitness, and barre.

We’re so excited to welcome Lindsey to The PLACE as one of our barre instructors!
