We are bringing the community together this Sunday for a free outdoor boot camp at Gates Village Soccer Field. GPS: 26 Horatio Lane, Lugoff, SC 29078

All fitness levels welcome. Ages 8 and up.

This is beginner friendly, community focused, and designed for real people. Not just fitness fanatics.

Please RSVP by Friday so we can get a rough headcount for setup.
