Summer mornings are officially back at Wing Park! ☀️🌪️🏊

The Cyclones are trading indoor walls for sunshine, fresh air, and plenty of laps as summer practices get underway at WPFAC. There is nothing quite like starting the day with teammates, cool water, and a little Cyclone energy on deck!

We are excited for a summer full of hard work, fast swimming, big improvements, and even bigger smiles. Let’s make some waves, ECST!

The Cyclones made a splash at the Shark Frenzy! 🌪️🦈🏊

ECST had an awesome weekend at the Palatine Park District Shark Frenzy on May 30 and 31. From fast swims and big smiles to cheering teammates on from the deck, our swimmers brought the energy all weekend long.

We are so proud of the effort, sportsmanship, and team spirit our Cyclones showed in and out of the pool. A big thank-you to our coaches, families, volunteers, and the Palatine Park District Swim Team for a fun and memorable meet!

This past weekend, Vicki represented the Cyclones at Senior State, racing against some of the fastest swimmers in the state — and she delivered in a big way!

• 100 Breaststroke

💥 NEW ECST TEAM RECORD
• 50 Breaststroke – 31.51

Breaking a team record at a meet as competitive as Senior State is an incredible accomplishment and a testament to Vicki’s hard work, commitment, and dedication to the sport.

We are incredibly proud of the way she represented ECST in and out of the water. Congratulations, Vicki! 👏💙💛

Open Swim Team Assessments are happening TOMORROW, Saturday, August 23, 2025 from 1–3 PM!

⚠️ Please note the new time (we’ve moved from 9:30–11:30 AM ➡️ 1–3 PM).

🏊‍♀️ Come anytime between 1–3 PM for a quick water check so we can place swimmers in the right group. Just bring your suit, towel, and goggles — and a smile!

Let’s kick off the season the right way — see you at the pool! 💦

🌟 2025 IL Age Group Championships Update! 🌟

We’re proud to cheer on our Cyclones representing at the Illinois Swimming Age Group Championships this weekend! 🏊‍♂️💨

👏 Shoutout to Ethan and Cole Lamberti, Brayden Dudycha, and Milana Lacombe for showing up strong and already dropping time across their events!

🎉 A special congratulations to Brayden for punching his ticket to Age Group Zones and making Finals in both the 50 Fly and 200 Backstroke! 🔥

🎉🏆 Huge shoutout to Brayden for being the CincoThon Champion in the 13-14 age group at our meet this past weekend! 🥇👏 Cole also had an incredible performance, coming in 2nd place! 🥈 And let's not forget Ethan, who took 2nd in his age group as well! 🥈 The Elgin Cyclones showed up strong and made us proud! 💙💛 Keep up the great work, everyone!
