Hello, ladies!

It's that time of year again - time to start thinking about golf!

This year we will begin our league on May 17, with the final night of golf being Aug 23, 2022. We will reserve Aug 30 and Sept 6 for rain dates.

The past couple years we refrained from having a general meeting before league started because of COVID. The Officers felt this worked out well and is not needed. All communication will be via email, so don't forget to check it every once in a while.

Last year we had 53 golfers, it would be great to get it up to 60 this year. We can accommodate 90 so there is a lot of room to grow. Who do you know that has thought about joining us? Or perhaps golfed in the past and would like to come back? The best way to grow our league is by our current golfers bringing in friends and acquaintances. Our league is a wonderful mix of all levels of golfers - the perfect league to join. And since you get to pick who you golf with, there is no fear of a new golfer being placed with an experienced stranger. And above all else, it's a great night out with the ladies!

Kevin did raise the fees $1 per round, so you will see a $15 increase from last year in green fees. Our league dues have remained the same.

We will still tee off any time between 3:00-5:30 on Tuesday afternoons. If you miss a night, you are allowed to make up your golf for the fourteen days following the Tuesday you missed. For example: if you can't golf May 17, you can make it up May 18 (Wednesday) thru May 31 (Tuesday). If you can't make it during the fourteen day period, you just forfeit golf that week. If you are making up, you need to make a tee time with the golf course and fill out a makeup form (on the bulletin board) to give to the golf course in lieu of payment.

North Scott Women's Golf League is currently scheduled to begin on May 26th, if circumstances or conditions with COVID-19 change either good or bad this date may change. If things improve we will start the week prior on the 19th.

What a difference a day makes. Forecast yesterday called for sunny, hot and humid. This morning it’s saying we are now expecting storms this afternoon. Let’s hope it holds off.
