Throwback to when my kiddos were little and would "help" me at the studio! 🤣
Oh how much they've changed and I've changed the past 6 years! Starting to teach Pilates again has brought up some interesting thoughts..."am I too old, too out of shape, too busy to start again". Then I remember what I talk to my students about all the time...be brave even when you're scared, be confident even when you're not feeling it, and PROGRESS over perfection at all times! There will never be a perfect time to start. Here's to taking that first step even when we're scared.

After over a decade of teaching Pilates, I've decided to give it up to raise my children and to focus on my work at Tina's Dance Studio. I've enjoyed all the people Pilates has brought into my life and Pilates will always be "my happy place"! 😉I will be teaching through August.
