And that's a wrap on our 2026 swim lesson season! We were blessed with beautiful weather, for the most part. We cannot thank everyone enough who makes this program happen.
🛟 Our instructors, who are all Red Cross certified and 100% volunteers, rearrange their entire lives for these two weeks.
🏊🏻🏊🏻‍♀️ The kids who work so hard even though the water isn’t always pleasant at 9:00 am.
🧑‍🧒 The parents who realize the importance of this program and continue to sign up.
💰The organizations who help with funding.
🚌 And, of course, the best chauffeur who makes sure we arrive safely every day and provides us with plenty of laughs along the way.

☀️We can’t wait for next season!

Update... lessons are canceled for today!
We hope to see everyone on Monday.

Wow, the first two days flew by, and lessons are in full swing! 🏊‍♂️🏊‍♀️

Just a few reminders as we start a new season:
1. If your child is on the bus and you pick them up at the pool, you must let Annie or Tracy know before you leave.
2. The bus leaves Tuscumbia School at 8:30 and returns at 11:30.

Power is back on at the pool, and we will have lessons tomorrow morning! The bus leaves Tuscumbia School at 8:30 and returns at 11:30. Lessons are from 9:00–11:00. We can't wait to see everyone tomorrow! 🏊‍♀️☀️

Missed in-person sign-ups? No worries, we still have a few spots left! Contact Annie McGowin at 573-375-1044 or Tracy Ash at 573-502-4444 to sign up. Forms and payment are due by June 30th. Lessons run July 6th-17th, 9:00-11:00 am. Bus departs Tuscumbia School at 8:30 am and returns at 11:30 am, or meet us at the pool! Swimmers who completed first grade can attend solo or with an adult in the water to help if they have completed Kindergarten. 🏊‍♀️🗓️

Sign-ups will be held on June 19th from 5:00-6:00 p.m. at the Tuscumbia School. Email, text, or Messenger sign-ups will not be accepted until after in-person sign-ups are complete. For additional information, please contact Annie McGowin at 573-375-1044 or Tracy Ash at 573-502-4444. Forms and payment are due NO LATER than June 30th!
