Help your daughter discover just how strong she can be. 💪💖 Our StronGIRL program at Eldersburg is designed for girls ages 7–15 to build confidence, strength, and healthy habits in a fun, supportive environment. Girls will learn proper exercise techniques, improve coordination, make new friends, and gain confidence that extends far beyond the gym.

Looking for a fun way for your daughter to stay active, try something new, and build confidence along the way?

Join us this Thursday from 4:45–5:30 PM for a StronGIRL Pop-Up Open Workout

Girls ages 7–15 will experience our fun circuit-style strength training format designed specifically for girls — combining strength, confidence, teamwork, and a whole lot of fun!

Open to both Merritt members and non-members — bring a friend and join us! No experience needed — just bring a positive attitude and be ready to get stronger!
