We had a packed gym on XMAS EVE morning, on both class and open gym side!
This gym-fam community is unmatched and I am SO lucky to be surrounded by so many dedicated, positive people. We laugh and have fun WHILE working hard, and some days we have to pick each other up bc life is hard.
Either way, I know that each day I am walking into this place and watch members kick ass and get stronger, mentally and physically.
