Elberta High School Warriors Fishing Team Elberta High School Warrior Fishing Team involves students in 7th-10th grades. We focus on sportsmanship and being good stewards of the outdoors.

We are excited to announce the TackleDirect National Fishing Tournament Sponsored by Shimano, Avet, and other leading brands. This virtual tournament is run through our app and is FREE to register. With over $15,000 in prizes in both saltwater and freshwater species, any angler can compete regardless of where they live in the country. Simply download the Fishing Chaos App on your phone and start fishing. The rules are simple to follow and the leaderboard will be updated realtime. Prizes will be awarded for the top fish caught as well as 2 random Grand Prize drawings for all participants. Fishing starts on June 15th and ends on Aug 15th. Winners will be announced on Aug 20th.

Back to School Photo Contest---Target Species:
Saltwater Inshore Category: Redfish, Black Drum, Speckled Trout, White Trout, any Catfish species
Freshwater Category: Bass, Bream, Crappie, any Catfish species
Date: Sat. 9/25-Sat 11/27
Rules:
1) Catch target species and take 2 photos--a)You holding the fish b) the fish on a measuring device
Bump Boards, Tape Measures, and Rulers will be accepted.
2) The fish should be measured from head to tail with the mouth clearly touching the front of the measuring device(Zero Mark), the tail measurement clear, and the Hand Marking clearly visible.
3) Use Sharpie to write on your hand or card "W21" (The code must be clearly visible in the photo)
4) Post photos to Elberta High School Warriors Fishing Team page, Elberta High School Warriors Google Classroom, or email photos to Coach Crandall at [email protected].
5) No boundaries...Public, Private, Any State, Anywhere
6) Lengths will be accumulated.
ex: 20" Redfish +15" Gafftop= 25" Total
ex: 14" Bass + 8" Bream + 20" Channel Cat=42" Total

Prizes to: 1st Place in Saltwater and Freshwater and Overall Winner(cumulative length for both categories if it applies)
**If any Offshore Saltwater fish appear, do not worry with measurement. Post a photo with your fish for Bragging Rights. Prizes to be figured out later (if something can be acquired).
