Mad Gravel's aid stations are fully stocked with water, energy drinks, energy bars, gels, cookies, chips, pretzels, pickles, Oreos, and—yes—hugs.

Depending on your distance, you'll hit full aid stations along the course, plus the main aid station at the start/finish area.

Bags, bikes, and BBQ appetites should be getting ready, because Mad Gravel weekend is almost here.

Saturday brings Mad Cross, the first weekend cyclocross race on the Colorado calendar, with categories for everyone from first-timers to seasoned racers, plus a team relay to close out the day.

Sunday is Mad Gravel: 30, 50, or 85 miles of 100% gravel roads with views to go with!

Camp on site, catch live music, and don't skip the BBQ buffet at the finish.

Mad Cross is a fun, challenging course and a nice warm-up for Mad Gravel the next day.

CAT A (PRO,1-2) - 35 mins
CAT B (CAT 3/4) - 30 mins
CLINIC (Fun ride for new CX riders) - 25 mins
JUNIORS (11-14, 15-18) - 30 mins
TEAM RELAYS OF 2 and 4
