🍂 LABOR DAY IS OVER. FALL IS ON THE WAY.

Summer is winding down, and believe it or not, 2026 is getting close to the finish line.

That means you’ve got roughly four months left to decide what you’re going to do with the rest of this year.

So what’s the goal?

💪 Winter bulk?
🔥 Drop body fat?
🏋️ Get stronger?
📈 Build some serious muscle?
⚡ Get back in shape?
Or maybe your goal is simply to stop making excuses and become more consistent.

Whatever it is, don’t wait until January.

January is when everybody says they’re going to change.

September is when you can actually start.

You still have time to make a noticeable difference in your strength, your physique, and your mindset before 2027 rolls around.

2026 Deadlifts for Doughnuts 💪🍩

A HUGE thank you to everyone who participated in the 2026 Deadlifts for Doughnuts and helped make this year’s school supply drive a success!

Because of your generosity and support, we were able to collect supplies to benefit students and teachers at Elba, Zion Chapel, Kinston, and New Brockton Schools.

This is what happens when our community comes together, we can make a real difference for our local schools!

This week, The Gym of Elba will be distributing the donated supplies to all four schools. We are proud to be able to give back to the communities that support us and invest in our local students and teachers.

To everyone who donated, participated, volunteered, or helped spread the word, THANK YOU! Your support means more than you know.

We would like to give a HUGE thank you to everyone who donated during our Deadlifts for Donuts event!! It was a great success! We have reached out to Elba City and Coffee County schools to find out what their greatest needs are. We will be going Friday to get supplies! If you weren't able and would like to donate, we can take donations until Friday. Again, thanks so much for supporting our local schools!!
