Alumni Spotlight: Stevie Grumley
From his early days at The Sports Complex to becoming a Jr. Kings graduate, Stevie Grumley has been putting in the work, training 2–5x a week with us for the last seven years. This past summer, he continued to raise the bar in our hockey offseason program alongside junior and college athletes.
Crusaders GM & Head Coach Brennan Menard summed it up perfectly:
“Stevie embodies what it means to be a Crusader, fast, smart, dynamic, and relentless in his habits. His detail and work ethic prepare him well for the captain’s role. The 25/26 season marks a new era led by Stevie, and we’re proud of him.”
Stevie’s first BCHL season was a standout, posting 22 points as a rookie defender after four strong years with the LA Jr. Kings. Leadership is nothing new for him, he previously captained the 16U AAA Jr. LA Kings, putting up 43 points in 69 games.
Now committed to UMass Lowell (NCAA D1), Stevie continues to embody the dedication we love to see from our athletes.
