💪 Two different people. Two totally different goals. Same level of commitment.

Client 1 — Male, 30s | Body Recomp Started at 203.5 lbs and is now sitting at 190.5. That’s 13 lbs down over about 4 and a half months while building muscle and getting stronger at the same time. No crash diets, no quick fixes. Just showing up consistently and eating smart. His 4 week average has dropped almost every single week. That’s not an accident. That’s what doing the work looks like. 🔥

Client 2 — Female, 40s | GLP-1 + Habit Foundation This one hits different for us. She came in and spent several months in 2025 just building the foundation. Healthy eating habits, consistent training, learning her body. Then in 2026 she added GLP-1 medication to help with fat loss. Starting at 183.3 lbs she’s now down to 164.5. Almost 19 lbs gone and she has held onto her muscle and strength throughout the whole process.
And that last part is NOT an accident.
