New Year New U Transformation Challenge 2024.

Kickstart your year with a health and wellness game plan designed and delivered by top fitness professionals at Exos.

This event will take place at the prestigious UCLA Health Sports Performance Powered By Exos facility in El Segundo.

What makes our challenge different?

We want you to make lasting and sustainable results! Your body composition will be accurately measured across 3 areas: Lean Body Mass, Fat Mass (Essential & Non-Essential), and Hydration.

Ways to win: You must maintain healthy hydration throughout the competition!
🔸Decrease fat mass
🔸Gain muscle
🔸Improve overall body composition (drop body fat %)

✅Eat On A Regular Schedule ⚖️
❌Don’t Chang your normal eating routine!

✅Hyrdate💧
❌Make every other drink water. Aim for 1/2 your body weight in ounces!

✅Eat A Balance Meal⚖️
🥗1/2 Plate of veggiesPlate of lean protein, 1/4 Complex carbs
😊Enjoy the 20% options just be mindful of portions

✅Exercise
🚗💨Keep your exercise routine, if possible. Go for a walk or move your body with light stretches.

✅Mindfulness is KEY🔑
Pay attention to what you are eating!
✋Are you eating because you are enjoying it or because it’s available?
✋Are you truly hungry for seconds or overindulging?
