FYI: The earlier you signup the later (better) heat you are assigned.

ie. 1st to signup gets the last heat in middle lane. Last to signup gets the first heat outside lane.

Signup will begin Friday Sept 1.
FYI Heat assignments will favor those who signup first. The earlier your signup the later (better) your heat is.

i.e If there are 3 heats, first person to signup will have heat 3 middle lane. Last person to sign up will have heat 1 on outside lane.

Some WODS will have all 3 compete at same time other WODs can have a tag in at any point

INTERMEDIATE (new division) MM & FF
Both athletes will compete at same time in all WODs

RX INDIVIDUAL (new division) mixed Gender
Yep, that's right. Men & Women will compete together in our new individual Rx Division.

DIVISION STANDARDS will be announced in separate post.
