Only $30 a month for YMCA members and $60 for non-members.

Happy New Year!

The Kendo club is still active.
We are currently practicing at the YMCA at Resler and Mesa on the Westside.

Unfortunately, we are only practicing on Saturdays at 9:30am. The first hour is the office class time, so we focus on basics and/or beginners, the second hour is more for bogu practice.

The class recently hosted in November sensei Paul Gattone from Tucson. Everyone had a great time. Special thanks to the Muirheads for use of there photo. As well as a holiday party in December, karaoke and sushi themed.

The YMCA is adding a martial arts class to Saturday at 11:30 am. So we will be starting class at 9:30 am. We will try to adhere to the same class pace, but the first month will probably kinda rough.

Hi all, just a friendly reminder that classes are currently going on at the local YMCA, at 7145 N Mesa St, El Paso, TX 79912.
Schedule:
Saturday 10:30 am - 11:20 am
Optional extra 30 - 60 mins for advance students.
For cost please contact the YMCA, they offer steep discounts to existing members, and you can sign-up for just the class.

You can borrow some equipment for the fist couple of months and just need comfortable workout clothing to get started.
