Your hard work, dedication, sacrifice, and countless hours in the gym have paid off. Be proud of what you’ve accomplished, but remember—this is only the beginning. Keep learning, keep competing, and keep representing the game the right way.
To those who didn’t make a team this season: don’t let this define you. One decision does not determine your future or your potential. Some of the best athletes have faced disappointment before achieving success.
Use this moment as motivation. Work harder. Get stronger. Improve your skills. Develop your mindset. Come back with something to prove not to others, but to yourself. Keep believing. Keep grinding. Your opportunity is coming.

There are coaches who teach the game, and then there are coaches who teach us how to live. Coach Fred Ader was one of those rare people. He was a great man, an amazing coach, and someone who left a lasting impact on everyone fortunate enough to know him. His leadership, kindness, passion, and dedication inspired countless athletes and coaches throughout the years.

Thank you, Coach Fred, for the lessons, the memories, and the example you set every day. Your legacy will continue to live on through the lives you touched, both on and off the court.

Our heartfelt condolences go out to the Ader family, his friends, former players, and everyone mourning this tremendous loss. May God grant you strength, comfort, and peace during this difficult time.

Rest in peace, Coach Fred. You will never be forgotten. ❤️🏐
