Congrats to our head coach for qualifying for the Crossfit Games semi finals! Hard work, focus and attitude pay off!

The semi finals are the last step before the worldwide Games. 1% of men that signup for the Open competition qualify for semis. HOWEVER, If you take the estimated number of worldwide people that do Crossfit that percentage is only 0.13% !!

After we throw down on Open Workout 26.3, we’re keeping the energy going with a CrossFit 915 Potluck.

Hit the workout during the 4, 5, or 6pm classes, then stick around after to hang out, eat, and celebrate the final week of the Open with the community.

Sign up sheet will be in the gym, bring a dish & let’s make it a good one!

Our Thursday 6:30pm HYROX class has been filling up, while CrossFit attendance at that hour has slowed — so we’re officially shifting Thursdays at 6:30pm to HYROX only.

We’re proud of how quickly this program is building and we’re excited to keep developing it.

CrossFit isn’t going anywhere — we’re just optimizing the schedule to serve you better.
