We made a small adjustment to the challenge… and it was intentional.

We’re now running:
21 Burpees for 21 Days

Why the change?

To make it fair for all stages of fitness.

Whether you’re just starting or already locked in, this gives everybody a real opportunity to stay consistent, build discipline, and finish strong.
