My guy Derek competed at his first NPC SHOW at the Arizona Pro/Am Championships in bodybuilding!! Derek did everything that was asked , he definitely suffered the most having to make weight for his division but he got it done ✅! Very hard worker , no complaints just shows up and does what’s asked !! Proud of you bro!! On to the next in a couple weeks 🔥

Claudia competed last week at the NPC PHOENIX PRO/AM Championships where she did her first show in the Wellness division!! I’m super proud of her , all her hard work , dedication, discipline!! Never once complained (besides when I’m kicking 🦵 her ass in the gym 🤣) but did everything else to the T!! And that’s really all you can ask for !! On to the next show in a couple weeks 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

This past weekend at the NPC Arizona Pro/Am championships Ayumi did her first show in bikini 👙!!! Ayumi had a tough road to competition to say the least , but im super proud of her !! She pulled thru , made it on stage , completed her goal 🥅 despite all that was set before her !! Couldn’t be happier for her 🙌🏼. On to the next one in a couple weeks!!
