The "Maltz Challenge" was completed at the US Army’s 1St Armored Division (1AD), home of “America’s Tank Division,” on March 21, 2024. The Maltz Challenge honors Air Force Msgt. Michael H. Maltz, a pararescue specialist with the 38thRescue Squadron, Moody Air Force Base, GA, 19 September 1960 – 23 March 2003, who perished in action with 5 fellow airmen during a medical evacuation of ill children in Southeastern Afghanistan. Class act by the NY Mets Baseball organization on Opening Day 2024 Baseball. They had paid tribute to NYPD Police Officer Jonathan Diller who had paid the ultimate sacrifice for the New York community. Thoughts and prayers go out to Officer Diller, his wife, young son and loved ones. Today, Saturday, Officer Diller was post humously promoted to the rank of detective, the day of his funeral.

Rest in peace sir and may perpetual light shine down upon you !

So excited for US Army Veteran Jermaine McSween and his full commitment to Fresno City College Rams Football Program. I was blessed to meet and coach this very humble young man and prepare him through a macrocycle or yearly strength and conditioning program in the Army’s H2F Program during his service in the 48th Brigade, 22nd Chemical Battalion
pursuant to MCL surgery. This tactical athlete turned sports athlete had made an amazing transformation from a physical and mental perspective and I am confident those tangible assets will transcend exponentially to the football field, taking it to the next level and in life. Can’t wait to see Jermaines continued blessings for both him and his beautiful young family. Train hard and safe, keep the vision alive and place all your Faith and Trust in Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ ! Let’s get it J.

“Strength Based Training For Youth.”

Most of us may be parents, grandparents or soon to be parents and may want to find out if resistance training is applicable to our youth. Whether it is for physical or cognitive improvements in sports and or their developmental growth in life, discover why a strength based program has many positive attributes and benefits.
