Today, we pause to remember September 11, 2001—a day that permanently altered our world and tested the depth of our spirit.
In the midst of unimaginable heartbreak and devastation, we witnessed the absolute best of humanity.
We saw first responders—firefighters, police officers, paramedics, and port authority officers—run toward danger without hesitation while others were running out. We saw ordinary citizens, from the brave passengers aboard Flight 93 to everyday coworkers, become extraordinary heroes through pure, selfless courage.
To the 2,977 innocent souls whose lives were stolen, and to the countless families who still carry the quiet ache of an empty chair at the table: you are not forgotten.
To the brave men and women who answered the call that morning, and to the rescue and recovery workers who gave everything in the days, weeks, and months that followed: thank you. Your sacrifice, valor, and enduring courage showed us that even in our darkest moments, hope and unity cannot be extinguished.
May we continue to honor their memory not just with words, but by living with the same empathy, strength, and unwavering resilience they demonstrated that day.
Never Forget. 🇺🇸
