Congrats Coral for celebrating 6 months here at GRLPWR!!! 🎉🥳🙌🏼💕

Coral came to GRLPWR off of a recommendation from her older sister Ambar, who y’all know just celebrated her 6 month here last month.

Coral joined us with the intention of only staying for one month as a support system to her sister and to learn some new stuff for her at home workouts but ended up loving GRLPWR.

We’re so happy to have her here and can’t wait too see what she can accomplish in the next 6 months.

P.S. she’s the badass with the current highest in person time for the Plank Wars, holding her plank at 2 minutes and 35 seconds!!!

GRLPWR x Kendra Scott

Next weekend, GRLPWR will be doing a FREE pop-up peach workout at Kendra Scott.

The workout will be one hour of b***y exercises performed with resistance bands. Then you’ll get one hour to shop the discounts and enjoy some delicious sips and sweets. GRLPWR will also be have a one time offer of 15% off our group training packages.

This class is 100% FREE but we do require you to sign up by Saturday, September 16th. There are only 10 spots available, although we will have a waitlist provided.

We can’t wait to see you next Sunday at Kendra Scott! From 9am - 11am!

GRLPWR x Networking Mixer

This month we hosted our first ever networking mixer and it turned out pretty amazing.

We wanted to create an opportunity where every woman in the room is the main event. We wanted to highlight each woman and their accomplishments, struggles, knowledge, personality, ideas and creativity.

We did this by letting each woman present themselves and their business. They each talked about their products, mission, obstacles and even a little bit about their personal lives.

Then all of the women in the audience asked them questions, gave advice, supported them and more.

We did give everyone a chance before and after the event to mingle and grab some food and drinks.

All the women expressed how much they enjoyed the event and hoped we would continue, so we decided this will be a monthly event.

Our next Working Women mixer will be September 16th at 5pm. We do require you to sign up by September 13th and tickets are only $10 per person.
