I will be appearing live on KTLA Channel 5 Morning News tomorrow, Friday, July 26! Will be talking to the anchors about table tennis, for the Paris Olympics! It's a 4 minute segment at 9:45a. Our first live teaser will be at 8:55a. Second one is around 9:20a, and the third one is right before the segment at about 9:40a. I've invited Tashiya Piyadasa (Under 15 Girl's US Team) & Tiana Piyadasa (Under 13 Girl's US Team) to perform the live exhibition! The KTLA Anchors will play against our girls too!

I finally received the 2 prestigious banners from Butterfly, honoring me as the top 2023 Butterfly Club with the highest/most sales in North America! The prior years, from 2020-2022, I was ranked #2. In 2022, I was #1 in USA, and the list just goes on & on! I hope to repeat 2024, with back to back wins! 🏓💪🔥

We are excited to announce that LATTA has partnered with Ping Pong for Good (PPG) and will be hosting Ping Pong for Good Health Sessions at LATTA soon! 🏓💪

The program offers a 75-minute ping pong class for people with Parkinson’s and other neurodegenerative conditions and their partners. It combines bodyweight exercises with on-table and off-table drills to improve ping pong skills, optimize brain health, and enhance overall fitness. The program emphasizes constructive drills and cooperative play, with exercise modifications available to accommodate unique needs & abilities.

It's been very hot in LA but not even the heat will deter us table tennis fanatics from playing! We had 15 competitive teams at my LATTA 5750RR Team Open (July 16)! 3 players total combined ratings must not surpass 5750. I love how team competitions bring so much enthusiasm and teamwork! Thank you so much for the continued support, Everyone! 🙏🏓🙏

Such tremendous fun & excitement this past Saturday, Sept. 25 at my LATTA Butterfly Open tournament! We had 70 competitive players ranging from ages 9 to 74, displaying great sportsmanship in 8 events ranging from 1050 to 2300 level.

Sweats spewing on floor & on 14 spacious Butterfly tables & cars packed in our ample parking lot! My 2 assistants, Ben Wong & Jeff Ito and I ran the tournament beautifully and smoothly! (Big shout out to Ben Wong & Jeff Ito! 🙏👍

It's wonderful to see many players from different cities in Southern California competing against one another. In addition, running these sanctioned tournaments help generate new & renewed memberships for USA Table Tennis, the National Governing Body in USA.

Thank you to all Participants! Big congrats to all tournament winners! If you didn't win, there's always a next time & room for improvement! Your continued support of table tennis is sincerely appreciated. LATTA is one of the longest, full-time operated facilities in CA, established in 1998! Thanks for making LATTA such a success for the past 23 years! We open daily, 365 days a year because we are extremely passionate about promoting table tennis!
