Arm circles are a simple way to get your shoulders and upper back moving—especially if you don’t exercise often or spend a lot of time sitting.

Benefits:
• Improves shoulder mobility
• Increases blood flow to the upper body
• Helps reduce stiffness in the upper back
• Prepares your body for movement or workouts

They’re good anytime of the day—in the morning, after a long drive, before and/or after a workout—just a few controlled reps can go a long way. Try 10-20 at a time in each direction.

Good morning everybody! As the weather starts warming up, it’s extra important to stay on top of your hydration 🚰

But don’t let those cooler mornings fool you—just because it’s not that hot doesn’t mean your body doesn’t still need water 🥵

If you’re not sure you’re getting enough, watch for these signs:
• Feeling thirsty
• Dark yellow urine
• Dry mouth
• Fatigue or dizziness
• Headaches or confusion

Staying hydrated plays a big role in your energy, performance, and overall health!

🚨Being severely dehydrated can lead to death, heatstroke, kidney failure, seizures, and severe brain swelling, so please be aware of your hydration levels and those around you 🙏🏽

Need help burning fat and building muscle? 🤔
Try downloading a calorie and nutrient tracking app.

I use MyFitnessPal, but any tracking app will do 🍎📱

I like my fitness pal because It allows me to
⁃ Track my meals throughout the day
⁃ Pre-save my go-to meals which makes tracking so much easier
⁃ Add items one by one if needed
⁃ Keep an eye on my total calories and nutrients
⁃ And make adjustments in real time

The purpose of this is to keep me aware of what I’m eating and help me stay within range of my calorie and protein goals.

Try it out for a few days and see what happens. Even using a notebook or journal to track your food goes along way! It’s more about awareness and making intentional and informed decisions than it is about perfection 🌞

Hammer curls use a neutral grip (palms facing each other), which still trains the biceps while bringing in more help from the brachialis and forearms.

👉 The brachialis sits underneath the biceps, between the biceps and triceps, and plays a big role in elbow flexion and overall arm structure.

Benefits of hammer curls include:
• Building overall arm strength
• Contributes to arm tone, size, and shape
• Improves grip and forearm involvement
• Often easier on the elbows and wrists
