Join us for an informational class at the Northwest Valley Family YMCA on how to measure and control blood pressure. This class will be held in our Group Fitness Room at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, May 27th. Learn helpful tips for monitoring your blood pressure, understanding your numbers, and making healthy lifestyle choices to support heart health. All are welcome!
