🏈📣 UNION MINE JR DIAMONDBACKS PRACTICE INFORMATION 📣🏈

Our mandatory Conditioning Camp for Football and Cheer will be held July 6–10 from 6:00 PM–8:00 PM at Union Mine High School.

Attendance is extremely important for all athletes. Football players are required to complete 10 hours of non-padded practice before they can begin tackling, making Conditioning Camp a critical part of the season. For cheerleaders, Conditioning Camp includes level evaluations and helps coaches finalize any necessary team placements and adjustments before the season begins.

Practice Schedule:
• July 13 – August 6: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 PM–8:00 PM
• Beginning August 10: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday, 6:00 PM–8:00 PM

This practice schedule will continue throughout the season.

📍 All practices will be held at Union Mine High School.

📝 Required paperwork will be collected during Conditioning Camp. A check-in table will be available for parents to turn in completed forms.

We can’t wait to kick off another great season!

⭐️ Day 1 of the Union Mine Varsity Cheer Youth Clinic was a huge success!

Our young athletes had an amazing time learning cheers, motions, stunts, and more from the talented Union Mine Varsity Cheerleaders and coaches.
