New equipment user video!! Lots of different options all in one machine! This can be used unilateral or bilateral work depending on your goals. You can work quads, hamstrings, glutes, and hip flexors! Please be aware this is NOT a max out machine, the max weight is 3 plates on each side. We hope you love it!
