This week’s runners of the week are Jackson Smith (EHS) & Cali Ayres (Barton). Our theme this week is that you can’t compete at a high level if you don’t practice at a high level. These two practice at a high level week in and week out and that showed with their results on Tuesday with both athletes picking up a medal. Keep up the hard work!

in action today at Mystic Creek Golf Course! Lady Cats earn 1st place in a tri-match with Nashville and Sylvan Hills. Lucy Whitten with medalist honors at 83!
Tate Meadows continued his steady play leading the boys team with an 84.

The cross country team went toe-to-toe with 16 other programs yesterday in Perryville, including fellow conference members Sheridan and Hot Springs, as well as strong programs like Conway, De Queen, St. Joseph, and Searcy. They had a great showing.

Both JH teams came home with the team championship trophy. The varsity boys came home with the runner up trophy getting edged out by Conway. And the varsity girls came in 4th behind Conway, De Queen, and Searcy.
Our medalists were Jackson Smith, Oscar Garcia, Abby Mitchell, Julianna Ayres, Cali Ayres, Milani James, Priscilla Martinez, Matthew Morgan, and Caleb Ayres.
