What a seminar! Our competitors put in the work and are prepped, sharp, and ready to bring home the gold at the upcoming Moo Do Taekwondo Association Friendship Tournament. The focus and effort on the mats today said it all and this team is ready.

And a huge shoutout to our EDH TKD family members who jumped in to hold paddles and boards for our competitors! Your support behind the scenes makes all the difference and it truly takes a whole team to get ready for tournament day.

🎉🥋 Happy Birthday, Mr. Prentiss! 🥋🎉

We want to give a big birthday shoutout to Mr. Prentiss today! He didn't let his birthday eve slow him down. He was on the mats training hard with his classmates the day before, and then got to celebrate with everyone over bundt cake to top off a great class.

It's students like Mr. Prentiss who make EDH TKD such a great community. Here's to another year of hard work, good friends, and (of course) more cake!

🥋 Happy World Taekwondo Day! 🥋

Every September 4th, we celebrate the art that builds so much more than kicks and blocks. It builds discipline, respect, confidence, and community. Whether you've been training for years or you're just getting started, today is for you.

September 4 commemorates the historic day in 1994 when the International Olympic Committee (IOC) officially adopted Taekwondo as an official Olympic sport during the 103rd IOC General Meeting.

Here at EDH TKD, we are grateful for every student, parent, and instructor who makes El Dorado Hills Taekwondo what it is. Here's to another year of growth, one kick at a time! 👊

🔥 Congratulations to our very own Mr. Morini on finishing the Spartan Race! 🔥

Weeks of prep, grit, and hard work paid off and he repped El Dorado Hills Taekwondo every step of the way! From mud pits to walls to everything Spartan threw at him, he pushed through and crossed that finish line strong.

🥋 Meet Master Gibbs! 🥋

This little guy showed up, checked out the school, and decided EDH TKD was home. Master Gibbs joined one of our student's family (thanks Mr. Davit) and he's already got Master Beard's personal endorsement (and a great nap spot on an EDH TKD uniform to prove it 😴).

He may not have a belt rank yet, but he's earned an honorary title around here. Now we're throwing down the challenge: Moo Do Taekwondo Association schools, does YOUR school have a mascot who can bring this level of charm to the mats? 👀
