This program is built around baseball-specific movement patterns that progress you from foundational strength → rotational power → on-field performance.

We’re training the things that matter:
• Hip/torso separation
• Rotational force + decel control
• Arm care + shoulder stability
• Lower body power and core sequencing
• Mobility that improves your swing + throw mechanics

Led by Coach Alex — who rebuilt his own college career through proper loading, mobility, and performance training at the University of Utah.
