The Portsmouth Yardstick (PY) numbers list for 2025 has now been released with the first changes to the PY mathematic formula in 30 years.

The FLYC board has moved forward with a difficult decision to cancel the 2020 Camellia Cup. State Parks will not issue a use permit given the current virus situation and the lake level is very close to our minimum safe elevation for race operations. All paid Camellia Cup entries will receive a full refund. This announcement does not impact the remaining Spring Series races nor the upcoming Trans-Folsom regatta. We hope everyone will stay safe and continue to enjoy sailing Folsom Lake as long as we have water.

Thanks Race Committee (John Poimiroo & Steve Galeria) for running great courses today! Pin end was near perfect on all starts. Interesting variations in courses. Members/community interested in Race Committee should consider our upcoming RC Clinics on 3/9 and 4/13, 9AM - 3PM!
