Equipment includes kettlebells, dumbbells, bands, boxes, agility ladders, foam/stick rollers, stability balls, mats, sticks, TRX suspension trainer and cable system. Programs typically focus on active/dynamic stretching techniques, muscle activation, agility, balance, strength, and mobility.
